This policy explains how payment works when you shop at Mascot.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Only the payment methods shown at checkout can be used to complete a purchase.

Currency

All prices and charges on mascottoys.store are in US dollars (USD).

Taxes and Shipping

Your checkout total includes the item price, the shipping cost and any applicable sales tax. You see the full total before you pay.

Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Mascot and our payment processor to charge your card for the total shown at checkout. Payments may go through authorization and fraud checks, and an order is accepted only after the payment is approved.

Payment Security

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor over an encrypted connection. We do not store your full card number on our website.

If a Payment Fails

If your payment is declined, the order cannot be processed until it is resolved. Common causes are incorrect billing details, insufficient funds or a hold by your card issuer. Check your details with your card issuer and try again.

Order Verification

Some orders may be reviewed before they ship to help prevent fraud. We may ask you to confirm payment or address details. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed, or cancelled and refunded in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. See our Refund Policy for timing.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you see a charge you do not recognize or have a problem with an order, please contact us first at support@mascottoys.store. Most issues can be solved quickly this way.
